Carmacks Development Corporation currently owns and manages residential, commercial and industrial properties in the community of Carmacks, Yukon.

CDC has other commercial investments in Whitehorse, Yukon. Investments have included Yukon First Nation Wildfire, CIBC Bank, Black Street Investments, Eavor Yukon and Northern Vision Development. The company is also engaged in other business ventures at the investment level.

Geothermal Energy

Carmacks Development Corporation has joined Eavor Yukon as an equity partner. This early-in ownership means that LSCFN is leading the way to advancing this state of the art renewable energy option for Yukon and the world.

CDC will be partners in the next generation of renewable energy that will serve Yukon for decades, if not centuries, to come. It won’t rely on connections elsewhere that depend on the goodwill and decisions by others. It will be a Yukon-based solution for generations to come.
